Apple beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the fiscal third quarter of 2026, reported July 30 based on preliminary results, as revenue rose 16.4% to about $109.4 billion, edging the $109.0 billion consensus by 0.3%, and EPS of $2.02 topped the $1.89 estimate by 6.9%. Net income climbed 27.1% to roughly $29.8 billion from $23.4 billion a year ago, while gross margin held near 50% and operating margin around 33% as operating income reached about $35.7 billion. iPhone led the quarter with about $57.0 billion in sales, up 21.7%, and Services added roughly $31.0 billion, up 16.3%. Revenue was concentrated in the Americas at about $45.1 billion, while Greater China grew 28.1% to about $20.5 billion and Rest of Asia Pacific rose 25.3% to about $9.1 billion. Operating cash flow came in at about $34.4 billion, Apple repurchased about $25.1 billion of stock and paid roughly $4.0 billion in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $2.03 on revenue of $114.87 billion.
