BlackRock beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 15 based on preliminary results, as adjusted EPS of $13.91 topped the $12.69 estimate and revenue of about $7.1 billion exceeded the $6.7 billion consensus by roughly 5%. Operating income came in at about $2.5 billion, with operating margin near 36%, while net income rose about 20% from $1.59 billion a year ago to roughly $1.9 billion and adjusted EPS increased 15% from $12.05. The company also returned capital with about $810 million of stock repurchases and about $973 million in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $14.24 on revenue of $7.44 billion.
