Danaher Corporation beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the fiscal second quarter of 2026, reported July 21, as revenue rose 5.5% to about $6.3 billion and adjusted EPS came in at $1.94. Revenue of about $6.3 billion topped the $6.12 billion estimate by 2.4%, while the $1.94 adjusted EPS beat the $1.85 consensus by 4.9% and was up from $1.80 a year ago; net income also climbed 56.8% to about $870 million from $555 million. Profitability held with gross margin near 58% and operating margin around 18%, alongside gross profit of about $3.6 billion and operating income of roughly $1.1 billion. Operating cash flow reached about $1.5 billion, and the company repurchased about $885 million of stock and paid about $283 million in dividends.
