Viatris Inc. beat on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, based on preliminary results reported Aug. 6. Revenue rose 4.9% to about $3.8 billion, topping the about $3.7 billion consensus by 2.2%, while gross margin held near 39% and gross profit reached about $1.5 billion. Adjusted EPS of $0.69 beat the $0.60 estimate by 14.8% and improved 11.3% from $0.62 a year ago, while net income came in at negative about $119 million, down 2482.6% from negative $4.6 million a year ago. Brands, the largest segment, generated about $2.3 billion, up 10.2% year over year. Operating cash flow totaled about $770 million, and Viatris repurchased about $150 million of stock and paid about $279 million in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $0.65 on revenue of $3.82 billion.
