Rolls-Royce Holdings beat expectations on both revenue and adjusted EPS in the first half of fiscal 2026, reported July 30. Adjusted EPS of GBP 0.22 topped the GBP 0.18 estimate by 24.5% and was up 36.6% from GBP 0.16 a year earlier, while revenue rose 20.6% to about GBP 11.5 billion from GBP 9.5 billion a year earlier and exceeded the GBP 10.2 billion consensus by 10.6%. Net income fell 63.5% to about GBP 1.6 billion from GBP 4.4 billion a year earlier, even as gross margin held near 30% and operating margin was about 21%.
