Thor Industries’ fourth fiscal quarter of 2026 mixed a revenue beat with an EPS miss, as revenue of $2.312 billion topped the $2.171 billion estimate, +6.5%, while EPS of $0.78 trailed the $0.88 estimate, -11%, in results reported September 22, 2026. Revenue fell 8.4% to about $2.3 billion from $2.524 billion a year ago, and profitability remained thin with gross margin at roughly 15% and operating margin near 2%. On the income line, net income declined 66.2% to about $42.5 million from $125.8 million a year ago, alongside gross profit of roughly $341 million and operating income of about $50.5 million. The quarter generated operating cash flow of around $244 million, and the company returned cash to shareholders by repurchasing about $35 million of stock and paying roughly $53.5 million in dividends.
