Based on preliminary results, Terna’s revenue rose 12.9% to about EUR 2.1 billion in the first half of fiscal 2026, reported , while net income edged up 0.6% to roughly EUR 591 million. Revenue growth came off a base of EUR 1.873 billion a year ago, and net income compared with EUR 587.7 million in the prior-year period. Operating income came in at about EUR 961 million, with operating margin at roughly 46%, providing the main read on profitability for the half-year. Cash generation was reflected in operating cash flow of about EUR 1.3 billion, and the company paid roughly EUR 584 million in dividends during the period.
