Wolters Kluwer topped EPS expectations while revenue came in line with consensus in the first half of fiscal 2026, reported August 5, 2026. Adjusted EPS of EUR 2.80 topped the EUR 2.71 estimate (+3.3%) and was up +1.8% from EUR 2.75 a year ago, while revenue slipped -0.6% to roughly EUR 3.0 billion (down from about EUR 3.1 billion a year ago) and was in line with consensus at EUR 3.033 billion versus an estimate of EUR 3.052 billion (-0.6%). Profitability held at a high level, with gross margin at about 74% and operating margin near 27% alongside operating income of roughly EUR 817 million. Net income rose +4.9% to about EUR 580 million versus roughly EUR 553 million a year ago. The company generated operating cash flow of about EUR 694 million and paid roughly EUR 303 million in dividends. Next-period consensus calls for EPS of EUR 2.76 on revenue of EUR 3.220 billion.
