Constellation Energy beat earnings expectations but missed on revenue in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported Aug. 6, as adjusted EPS of $2.55 topped the $2.29 estimate by 11.4% even while revenue of about $7.5 billion came in 2.9% below the $7.7 billion consensus. Revenue still rose 23.0% from $6.1 billion a year ago, adjusted EPS was up 33.5% from $1.91, and net income fell 38.9% to about $513 million from $839 million. Operating income was about $580 million, leaving operating margin near 8%. Operating cash flow came to about $1.1 billion, the company repurchased about $2.0 billion of stock and paid about $154 million in dividends, and consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $3.64 on revenue of $9.33 billion.
