Revenue rose 5% to about $84.8 billion, edging the about $84.3 billion estimate by 0.5%, while adjusted EPS of $4.48 topped the $4.35 estimate by 3% and was up 12% from $4.00 a year ago. Gross margin was 4.3% and operating margin 1.3%. Net income rose 11% to about $763.5 million from $687.4 million a year ago. The company generated operating cash flow of about $2.7 billion, repurchased about $1.0 billion of stock, and paid $116.6 million in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $4.60 on revenue of $88.33 billion.
