Jacobs Solutions beat on adjusted EPS in the third fiscal quarter of 2026, reported Aug. 4, as adjusted EPS of $1.84 topped the $1.83 estimate by 0.5% and revenue rose 35% to about $4.1 billion, up from $3.03 billion a year ago. The United States drove the quarter, generating about $2.8 billion of revenue, up 51%, while Australia and New Zealand contributed about $186 million, up 33%. Net income rose 86% to about $346 million from $186.2 million a year ago, with gross margin near 20% and operating margin near 7% as operating income reached about $287 million. Operating cash flow came to about $456.1 million, and the company repurchased about $142.2 million of stock and paid about $42.2 million in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for adjusted EPS of $2.15.
