Tutor Perini beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported August 5, as revenue of about $1.6 billion beat the $1.57 billion consensus by 4.6% and rose 19.2%, while adjusted EPS of $1.74 topped the $0.67 estimate by 160.9% and was up from $1.41 a year earlier. State and local agencies drove the quarter with about $1.1 billion of revenue, up 24.1%, while Building contributed about $560 million, up 21.1%, and Civil | State and local agencies added about $640 million, up 16.9%; gross margin came in at 12.9% and operating margin at 7.2%, with gross profit of about $211 million. Net income climbed 229.1% to about $65.7 million from $20.0 million a year ago, and operating cash flow was about $334.1 million. The company also repurchased $30.0 million of stock and paid $6.5 million in dividends.
