Profitability tracked higher alongside the revenue increase, with gross profit of roughly $9.8 billion and gross margin near 21%, while operating income was about $5.4 billion for an operating margin of ~12%. Net income climbed 255.1% to roughly $4.1 billion (up from about $1.2 billion a year ago). Cash returns included about $3.8 billion of share repurchases and roughly $405 million paid in dividends.
