ServiceNow beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 22, as adjusted EPS of $0.90 topped the $0.86 estimate by about 5% and revenue of roughly $4.0 billion edged the $3.9 billion consensus by about 2%. Revenue rose 24% to roughly $4.0 billion from about $3.2 billion a year earlier, with gross margin near 71% and operating margin around 4% as operating income came to about $162 million. Net income fell 23% to about $298 million from about $385 million a year ago, while adjusted EPS was up 10% from $0.82 and operating cash flow came to about $587 million. For the next period, consensus calls for EPS of $1.07 on revenue of about $4.1 billion.
