Workday topped expectations on adjusted EPS while revenue came in line with consensus for the second fiscal quarter of 2027, reported August 27, 2026. Revenue rose 12.8% to about $2.6 billion (up from about $2.3 billion a year ago), with the U.S. remaining the largest geography at roughly $2.0 billion of revenue, up 11.5% year over year. On profitability, GAAP operating income was about $313.0 million, translating to an operating margin of +11.8%. Adjusted EPS of $2.75 topped the $2.61 estimate (+5.4%), while revenue of $2.649 billion was in line with the $2.636 billion estimate (+0.5%). The quarter generated operating cash flow of about $520.0 million, and the company repurchased roughly $1.3 billion of stock.
