ADT beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 30. Revenue rose 1.9% to about $1.3 billion and came in above the $1.29 billion consensus, about +1.8%, while adjusted EPS of $0.23 topped the $0.22 estimate by 3.1% and matched the $0.23 from a year ago. Net income was roughly $154 million, down 6.9% from $165.2 million a year earlier, and operating income reached about $315 million. Operating cash flow was about $666 million, and ADT repurchased $484 million of stock and paid $45 million in dividends. For the next period, consensus for EPS is $0.22 on revenue of $1.31 billion.
