ArcelorMittal’s adjusted EPS of $1.42 topped the $0.96 estimate (+47%) as revenue in the second fiscal quarter of 2026 nearly doubled year over year, with results reported July 30, 2026. Revenue rose 98.2% to about $31.6 billion, up from $15.926 billion a year ago, while profitability was reflected in a gross margin of roughly 10% and an operating margin near 3%. Net income fell 31.2% to around $1.2 billion from $1.793 billion a year earlier, alongside adjusted EPS down 29.0% from $2.00. On the income statement, gross profit came in at about $3.2 billion and operating income was roughly $1.1 billion. The company generated operating cash flow of about $0.9 billion during the quarter and paid roughly $0.2 billion in dividends.
