Booz Allen Hamilton’s adjusted EPS topped consensus while revenue came in just below estimates in the first fiscal quarter of 2027, reported on July 24 based on preliminary results. Revenue of roughly $2.8 billion missed the $2.81 billion estimate by 0.3% and fell about 4% from $2.92 billion a year ago, while adjusted EPS of $1.81 topped the $1.49 estimate by about 22%, up from $1.48 a year ago. Gross margin held near 52%, and operating margin was about 10% as operating income came to roughly $279 million. Net income was about $198 million, down roughly 26% from $269 million a year ago. Operating cash flow was about $281 million, and the company repurchased $72 million of stock and paid $73 million in dividends.
