Danone’s first-half fiscal 2026 EPS trailed consensus even as revenue came in line, with the company reporting on July 29 EPS of EUR 1.83 against a EUR 1.86 estimate and revenue of EUR 13.936 billion versus EUR 13.825 billion expected. Revenue rose 1.4% from about EUR 13.7 billion a year ago, while gross margin was near 38% and operating margin about 13% as operating income reached about EUR 1.9 billion. Net income climbed 12.9% to about EUR 1.2 billion from about EUR 1.0 billion a year ago, EPS was up 11.6% from EUR 1.64, operating cash flow was EUR 1.258 billion, and the company paid EUR 1.440 billion in dividends.
