Dana's adjusted EPS missed consensus even as revenue topped estimates in preliminary second fiscal-quarter 2026 results for the period ended June 30, reported Aug. 6, based on preliminary results. Revenue rose about 4% on a year-over-year basis to roughly $2.0 billion from $1.94 billion a year ago and beat the $1.93 billion estimate by about 4%, while adjusted EPS of $0.19 was unchanged from a year earlier and trailed the $0.70 estimate by about 73%. Light Vehicle Segment led the quarter at about $1.4 billion, up 3%, and North America remained the largest region at about $1.2 billion, up 4%, with gross margin near 10%, gross profit about $210 million, and operating margin around 3%. Operating cash flow was about $124 million through the period, and Dana repurchased about $44 million of stock and paid about $13 million in dividends to shareholders in total. Consensus for the next reported period calls for EPS of $0.83 on revenue of $1.96 billion.
