Energy Transfer owns and operates one of the most extensive midstream energy networks in the United States, spanning natural gas gathering and transportation, NGL pipelines, crude oil trunk lines, refined-product distribution, and deepwater export terminals. The system connects major producing basins — the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Appalachian plays — to refining complexes, petrochemical facilities, and coastal export infrastructure. Organized as a master limited partnership, the entity distributes a substantial share of cash flow to unitholders. Units trade on the NYSE.
