Iberdrola’s adjusted EPS missed consensus while revenue came in line, alongside year-over-year growth in both the top line and profitability in the second fiscal quarter of 2026 (reported July 22, 2026). Adjusted EPS of EUR 0.250 trailed the EUR 0.254 estimate (-1.3%) and was up 7.2% from EUR 0.233 a year ago, while revenue rose 5.8% to about EUR 10.5 billion (up from roughly EUR 9.9 billion) and revenue of EUR 10.451 billion came in line with the EUR 10.562 billion estimate (-1.0%). Operating income was about EUR 2.6 billion, with operating margin at ~25%, and net income climbed 68.5% to roughly EUR 2.6 billion versus about EUR 1.6 billion a year ago. For the next period, consensus calls for EPS of EUR 0.236 on revenue of EUR 11.010 billion.
