RB Global beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported Aug. 4, as revenue rose 11% to about $1.3 billion, topping the $1.2 billion consensus by about 7%, while gross margin held near 71% and operating margin was around 45%. Adjusted EPS of $1.13 beat the $1.09 estimate by about 4% and was up 6% from $1.07 a year ago, while net income climbed 31% to about $143.5 million from $109.8 million. The largest segment, total service revenue, led at about $933.4 million, up 5%, and inventory sales revenue climbed 28% to about $383.7 million; operating income reached about $594.3 million, operating cash flow was about $366 million, the company repurchased $150 million of stock and paid about $133 million in dividends. Next-period consensus calls for adjusted EPS of $1.01 on revenue of $1.15 billion.
