Robert Half's revenue fell 4% to about $1.3 billion in the first fiscal quarter of 2026, based on preliminary results, after coming in at about $1.35 billion a year earlier. Gross profit was about $480 million, with gross margin near 37%, while operating income reached about $36.9 million and operating margin was around 3%. Net income fell 21% to about $13.8 million from about $17.4 million a year earlier. The quarter also showed negative operating cash flow of about $112.3 million, and the company repurchased about $6.1 million of stock.
