Siemens Healthineers topped consensus on adjusted EPS in the third fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 31, as adjusted EPS of EUR 0.69 against a EUR 0.52 estimate, +33%, came in above expectations while revenue of EUR 5.764 billion versus EUR 5.667 billion consensus, +1.7%, was in line and rose 1.8% from a year ago. Gross margin was near 43% and operating margin about 18%, with operating income around EUR 1.0 billion. Net income rose 21.2% to about EUR 669 million from EUR 552 million a year earlier, and adjusted EPS was up 6.5% from EUR 0.65. Operating cash flow came to EUR 1.179 billion. Next-period consensus calls for EPS of EUR 0.69 on revenue of EUR 6.799 billion.
