Terex Corporation beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 30, as revenue rose 51% to about $2.2 billion and came in ahead of the $2.1 billion estimate, while adjusted EPS of $1.37 topped the $1.23 consensus by 11.4%. Revenue was up from about $1.5 billion a year ago, and net income rose 53% to about $110 million from $72 million, while adjusted EPS fell 8% from $1.49 a year ago. Gross profit reached about $444 million and the gross margin held near 20%, with operating income at about $187 million and operating margin near 8% as the quarter scaled with the higher top line. The company generated operating cash flow of about $128 million and paid about $19 million in dividends. For the next period, consensus calls for adjusted EPS of $1.44 on revenue of $2.08 billion.
