Tecnoglass beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported on Aug. 6, as revenue of about $295.3 million beat the $263.3 million consensus by 12.1% and adjusted EPS of $0.53 topped the $0.53 estimate by about 1% but fell 48% from $1.03 a year ago. Revenue rose 16% from about $255.5 million a year earlier, while gross margin held near 37% and operating margin was about 12%, and net income declined 44% to about $24.6 million from about $44.1 million a year ago. Product Sales, the largest segment, generated about $215.6 million, up 11%, while Fixed Price Contracts climbed 30% to about $79.6 million; revenue was concentrated in the United States, where sales were about $286.2 million and rose 18%. Operating cash flow came to about $4.4 million, the company repurchased $5,000 of stock and paid about $6.7 million in dividends, and next-period consensus calls for adjusted EPS of $0.71 on revenue of $288.8 million.
