AGCO's adjusted EPS of $1.43 missed the $1.48 consensus by 3.4%, and revenue of about $2.6 billion missed the about $2.7 billion estimate by 4.6% in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported July 30 based on preliminary results. Revenue slipped 1% from $2.63 billion a year ago, with the largest segment, Europe/Middle East, contributing about $1.6 billion and rising 20%, while tractors added about $1.5 billion, up 22%; gross margin was about 25% and operating margin near 5%, with operating income around $141 million. Net income fell 76% to $77.2 million from $314.8 million a year ago, though adjusted EPS still rose 6% from $1.35, and revenue remained concentrated in Europe/Middle East while Germany climbed 66% to about $486 million and Latin America declined 17% to about $212 million; AGCO generated operating cash flow of about $165 million, repurchased about $347 million of stock, paid $21 million in dividends, and consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $1.45 on revenue of $2.46 billion.
