Deere & Co topped consensus on both revenue and EPS in the third fiscal quarter of 2026, reported Aug. 20 based on preliminary results, as revenue rose 7.0% to $12.608 billion and topped the $10.815 billion estimate, +16.6%, while EPS of $5.10 rose 7.4% from $4.75 a year ago and topped the $4.69 estimate, +8.7%. Gross margin held near 37% and operating margin was about 21%, while net income rose 7.0% to $1.379 billion from $1.289 billion a year earlier. Deere generated operating cash flow of $1.932 billion, repurchased about $198 million of stock and paid about $437 million in dividends. Consensus for the next period calls for EPS of $4.42 on revenue of $10.876 billion.
