Bureau Veritas’ first half of fiscal 2026 featured an EPS beat while revenue came in line with consensus, based on results reported July 29, 2026. Adjusted EPS of EUR 0.67 topped the EUR 0.65 estimate (+4%) and rose 3.5% from EUR 0.65 a year ago, as revenue rose 2.1% to about EUR 3.3 billion (up from roughly EUR 3.2 billion) and came in at EUR 3.258 billion versus a EUR 3.228 billion estimate (+0.9%, in line). Profitability ran with a gross margin of about 15% and an operating margin near 13%, with operating income of roughly EUR 431.8 million and gross profit of about EUR 494.9 million. Net income fell 26.2% year over year to around EUR 237.9 million (down from roughly EUR 322.3 million). The company generated operating cash flow of about EUR 227.0 million and paid roughly EUR 427.7 million in dividends. Next-period consensus calls for EPS of EUR 0.91 on revenue of EUR 3.567 billion.
