Elanco Animal Health beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the second fiscal quarter of 2026, reported Aug. 5, as revenue rose about 10% to roughly $1.4 billion from $1.24 billion a year earlier and adjusted EPS rose about 31% to $0.34. Adjusted EPS of $0.34 topped the $0.27 estimate by 26.3%, and revenue of about $1.4 billion beat the roughly $1.3 billion consensus by 4.2%. Pet Health, the largest segment, led the quarter with about $718 million in revenue, up 11.7%, while Cattle was the other notable mover at about $313 million, up 16.8%; United States and International were both sizeable but grew at less pronounced rates. Gross margin held near 58% and operating margin near 19%, with operating income at about $257 million. Operating cash flow was $290 million. For the next period, consensus calls for EPS of $0.19 on revenue of $1.20 billion.
