Fresenius SE’s adjusted EPS missed expectations even as revenue came in roughly in line, in results for the second fiscal quarter of 2026 reported August 5, 2026. EPS of EUR 0.82 trailed the EUR 0.88 estimate (-7%), while revenue of EUR 5.945 billion was in line with the EUR 5.837 billion estimate (+1.8%) and rose 6.5% from EUR 5.581 billion a year ago. Profitability metrics for the quarter included gross profit of about EUR 1.6 billion with gross margin near 26.1%, and operating income of roughly EUR 623 million with operating margin around 10.5%. Net income increased 15.8% to roughly EUR 382 million, up from about EUR 330 million a year ago. Fresenius generated operating cash flow of about EUR 458 million and paid roughly EUR 591 million in dividends.
