Sysco Corporation beat expectations on both the top and bottom line in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, based on preliminary results reported Aug. 4. Revenue rose about 5% to roughly $22.1 billion from $21.14 billion a year ago and came in at $22.12 billion versus the $21.95 billion estimate, while adjusted EPS of $1.53 topped the $1.51 consensus by about 1%. Net income increased 4% to about $552 million from $531 million a year earlier, with gross margin near 18.7% and operating margin about 4.4% as gross profit reached roughly $4.1 billion and operating income came in at about $984 million. Operating cash flow was $852 million, and the company repurchased $200 million of stock and paid $260 million in dividends. For the next period, consensus calls for adjusted EPS of $1.16 on revenue of $21.92 billion.
