Toro beat expectations on both the top and bottom line, based on preliminary results for the third fiscal quarter of 2026 reported September 3, 2026. Revenue rose 8.4% to about $1.2 billion (up from $1.131 billion a year ago), with consensus calling for $1.191 billion, as actual revenue of $1.226 billion topped the estimate by +2.9%. Adjusted EPS came in at $1.33 versus a $1.31 estimate, topping by +1.5%. Profitability held at a gross margin of roughly 34% and an operating margin of about 9%, with gross profit around $418 million and operating income near $115 million. Net income increased 43.9% to roughly $77 million, up from $53.5 million a year ago. The company generated about $182.7 million of operating cash flow, while returning cash to shareholders through roughly $73 million of share repurchases and about $37 million in dividends. For the next period, consensus calls for EPS of $0.97 on revenue of $1.114 billion.
